The Exhaust Manifold installation
This car had an exhaust manifold that was broken for quit some time from the looks of it. Photo #1 shows where the ear to bolt the exhaust pipe was broken and photo #2 show the manifold out of the car. We tried to jury rig it but it had a constant exhaust leak so we decided to replace the broken parts with stock o.e. headers from Dwayne old car.
These were a lot less weight and had all the emissions stuff on them. Here is what we did to make them look nice and tidey (photo #3).
